Product Introduce
Robot Automatic Slag Conveyor is fully automatic high technology product; it can fully meet the demand of slag remove, and also can be programmed to automatically remove slag and oxide impurities from high temperature liquid. The robot of slag remove system consists of 6 axis manipulator and servo controller, which can flexibly adjust the position and complete the operation in the small working space.
How It Works
The zinc pot area in side of operation room is defined as point A.
A robot is installed on the outside of point A for removing slag. The robot in side of point A is controlled by horizontal moving guide, which can be used to move the robot to remove slag. After studying, the following conclusions are as follows:
a) The complete slag remove can be carried out at point A of zinc pot.
b) Partial slag remove can be made in the left and right side of point A, the working area is about 1/3 of the whole passage. The rest needs to manually operated (according to the field situation, under the non-affect operation and maintenance situation, to join the scraping the slag mechanism), stirring the zinc slag to the range, that the robot can reach. Then the robot is responsible to remove slag.
c) In the middle of point A (the rear of the steel plate) is the area where the robot can't reach, and this part needs to be cleaned manually.
d) The robot can clean the zinc slag extensively, but the path left and right individual places (corner) won't be fully collected, but the residue here should not affect galvanization.
e) Summary of the above mentioned above: the working area of two robots are more than 70% of the total area of the zinc pot. The rest requires Manual operation.

Working mode
a) Automatic mode - it is triggered by the "full automatic start" on the operation box to trigger the automatic program. In full automatic mode, the robot will execute remove slag in sequence according to the pre-designed procedure.
b) The semi-automatic mode 鈥?Dividing several areas where the robot is responsible, through artificial to choose area, and then select "semi-automatic" start to trigger the selection procedure of slag remove, the slag remove operation is carried out in the fixed area.
c) Manual mode 鈥?To do operation let the robot back to original position. Adjust to the initial wait state. We can do the operation backing to original position and manual JOG in the side of point A.
